MNNIT Allahabad launches a new BTech course in engineering and computational mechanics

 

The entire course will be divided into eight semesters. Admission to the course will be determined on the basis of JEE Main results. For admission to this course, a total of 30 seats will be offered by the institute.

The Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology Allahabad in Prayagraj has launched a new BTech programme in engineering and computational mechanics. The goal of the programme is to encourage multidisciplinary research that makes use of existing knowledge in mechanics and materials engineering.


The entire course will be divided into eight semesters. Admission to the course will be determined on the basis of JEE Main results. For admission to this course, a total of 30 seats will be offered by the institute.


According to the official release, after completing the course, students would be eligible for campus placements with companies such as Tata Motors, Hero, Indian Oil, Siemens, TVS, Honda, Mahindra, Airbus, and Mercedes-Benz.


In the meantime, the institute has launched a new BTech programme in material science engineering. But beginning with the 2023-24 academic year, admissions to this course will be taken.
